You can reset your password by going to the login screen and selecting “Forgot Password”. This will prompt you to input your email address and a link will be sent to you to reset your password.
If you are already signed into your DeleteMyInfo account, you may change your password under the Account Tab on your Dashboard.
Alternatively, you can contact us and we’ll help you reset your password over the phone.
***Please make sure you signed up with our company DeleteMyInfo and not DeleteMe -that’s a different company. Your login credentials will not work on our website if you have a membership with them. It is common that people to get us mixed up. ***
